As the owner of a globally top-20 boutique fitness studio for three decades, she knows exactly what it takes to build, grow, and sustain a high-performing business. During her tenure, she recruited and developed more than 65 trainers, cultivated a loyal member community, and created a studio culture known for delivering consistent, measurable results.


For 26 years, Angie also served as a Franchise Advisor supporting over 100 boutique fitness studio owners nationwide. She became a trusted guide at every stage of the franchise journey—helping owners navigate branding, marketing, social media, recruiting, pricing, budgeting, lease negotiations, and business strategy. Her gift lies in simplifying complex challenges and transforming them into clear, actionable steps owners can confidently execute.

Angie spent an additional six years training new franchisees entering the system, equipping them with the mindset, tools, and proven operational playbooks needed to launch strong and scale successfully. With real-world experience as both an owner and an advisor, she brings a rare, 360-degree perspective on franchise operations and long-term growth.

Outside of work, Angie loves cooking, entertaining, and spending time with friends and her two adult children.
