Ann is a Franchise Consultant with The Franchise Consulting Company, bringing a unique combination of business education, sales experience, and hands-on operational perspective to her work with aspiring franchise owners.

With an MBA and experience across commercial sales, education, hospitality, and the performing arts, Ann approaches franchise consulting with an operator’s mindset. She helps clients look beyond the brand and evaluate the fundamentals of the business—including investment requirements, unit economics, market positioning, territory, operating standards, and the realities of day-to-day ownership.

Her professional background includes commercial sales with Redfish Recycling in Brownsville, Texas, where she worked directly with business customers to develop accounts and identify service solutions. She has also taught English in Spain, developing curriculum and managing student progress and communication in both English and Spanish. Her years in the dance industry further developed her experience in instruction, scheduling, performance, and maintaining high production standards.

Ann also brings firsthand exposure to family-run businesses, including an industrial uniform rental operation and Rancho Caracol, a destination hunting business. These experiences have given her additional insight into recurring-revenue models, customer retention, service delivery, guest experience, and the importance of maintaining a consistent brand.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Ann is able to guide a diverse range of clients through the franchise discovery process. Her approach is analytical but personal: understand the individual first, evaluate the economics and operating model carefully, and identify franchise opportunities that align with the client’s experience, resources, and long-term goals.
