Charles is also the Founder and Managing Partner of AmLaw Group, a business immigration law firm focused on helping entrepreneurs, investors, executives, and extraordinary individuals establish themselves in the United States. A graduate of Georgetown University Law Center who has also studied at Harvard and Lomonosov Moscow State University, he has practiced business immigration law for more than two decades. His practice concentrates on investor and executive visa categories, including E-2, L-1, EB-1, and EB-5, while advising international clients on business formation, expansion, and investment strategies in the U.S.

Before founding his law firm, Charles held leadership roles in corporate law, venture capital, international business, and the U.S. Department of Commerce, where he worked to expand commercial opportunities between American businesses and Eurasian markets. Fluent in Russian and experienced in international commerce, he has become a trusted advisor to business owners around the world.
