Kyle Heck brings to our team his 9 years of experience in operations leadership and process engineering, analyzing the ways people function in business and manufacturing environments. In the defense industry, he trained factory workers and directors to understand their jobs from a new perspective and find opportunities to improve and exceed costs savings goals. Now he applies his process analysis experience to understanding franchise systems and what makes an opportunity the best match for a potential franchisee.
Kyle has experienced the shock of a sudden layoff followed by the hope of discovering business ownership as a realistic option. He is eager to guide others facing the same challenges or other transitions in their life. As a devoted father and husband, he works with every candidate to understand their true priorities and find franchise opportunities that will help them achieve their real goals.
Kyle has a degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University and is a Lockheed Martin trained lean six sigma black belt.
