Jonathan comes to the FCC from law enforcement, where he was (and still is) a Detective and a forensics specialist. While looking for the right franchise to transition into from his law enforcement career, he looked at many opportunities, and decided to put his previous franchise experience to work.
Jonathan was the Director of Franchising for a small start up company for several years, and then opened a franchised sandwich shop of his own, and served as the owner/operator. He also works occasionally in the field of corporate auditing (ISO 9001-2015) as an external auditor. Jonathan graduated from East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania with a dual major in business management and economics, while playing Division I men's volleyball.
