Joshua Polley is a franchise consultant, seasoned franchise owner, and business advisor who brings a disciplined, real-world approach to helping entrepreneurs pursue business ownership with confidence. Joshua is a U.S. Army veteran with over 17 years of service, having served as a Squad Leader, Retention NCO (Non-Commissioned Officer) and a Protective Service NCO . In these roles, he led teams, supported large-scale retention efforts, and developed a strong foundation in accountability, leadership, and decision-making under pressure.

In addition to his military service, Joshua is a long-time Owner-Operator for a service-based franchise brand. Since launching operations in 2016, he has successfully started and grown multiple markets, expanding into more than 13 franchised service areas. His experience spans market development, operational scaling, team leadership, and franchise system execution.

As a franchise consultant, Joshua works closely with clients to evaluate opportunities,
