With a Master of Law degree, Olena Rymar embarked on a distinguished career path, initially serving as Legal Counsel and Head of Legal Department at an international corporation in Ukraine for 15 years. Transitioning to the franchise industry, she assumed the role of Head of Franchise Department at the Medical Laboratory Division of Medicover, a prominent provider of diagnostic and healthcare services in Central and Eastern Europe. Here, as Franchise Director, Olena cultivated a robust franchise network, expanding it to over 350 locations across the country.

Subsequently, Olena's journey led her to Franchise Group LLC, a leader in franchise consulting services in Ukraine. Here, she spearheaded various initiatives aimed at fostering market growth, including creating new franchise models for markets in Ukraine and the Middle East. As CEO of the Middle East region, Olena oversaw the launch of online and offline educational programs, facilitated successful franchise exhibitions, and played a pivotal role in establishing innovative franchise ventures. Additionally, Olena is a certified franchise expert with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), contributing to inclusive franchise projects focused on empowering women entrepreneurs in the Middle East. Olena's expertise spans franchise strategy, business development, project management, and operational excellence, making her a valuable asset to any franchising endeavor.
